EMF Detector Workshop
DIY workshop held at Espai Jove Garcilaso and designed to discover the sonic worlds of electromagnetic fields.
To that end, we built an electromagnetic wave detector based on the Elektrosluch, an open-source stereo device designed by Jonáš Gruska that captures hidden electromagnetic fields from everyday electronics—like smartphones, laptops, power lines, and routers—and turns them into audible sound through connected headphones and that allows to discover the weird sounds that surround our every step.
In order for all the participants to have their device running, we extended the workshop time at Intercom and it was a success!
